"I feel my mullet growing back!"
I'm like most of us, not making those music millions but commute to work to pay the bills and help keep this web site coming to you all. I usually do not have a chance to listen to radio, but this morning tunning in to one of my favorite morning hosts, Jonathon Brandmeier on the Loop (WLUP, 97.9, Chicago), a young lady getting her chance to get the 5 minutes of fame. She plugged her husbands band in, Thunderunderus (Thunder-under-us). By the way, Thunder Under Us will be performing tonight, August 20, 2009 at the Underground Lounge, Clark and Newport, Chicago. The song they played had mixed Love it or Hate its, but over all it was a pure hair band song. If you are into hair metal as many categorize, I would say they seem to have some fun and sound like the band Jackyl. That tells me you will be able to kick out a couple of cold ones and have a very good time...
So I will say I love it... I'm more of a thrash head, but all for you, glad to see heavy metal hitting the youth. Not just us who grew up in the 1980s.
