Jason Kain is a special effects make-up artist living in the Chicago-land area. Mr. Kain was instructed by special effects artist Will Ritter, who was an eye and teeth specialist for many Hollywood effects companies including KNB effects and worked on such movies as "Kill Bill Vol.2", "Pirates ...of the Caribbean", "Van Helsing", and the remake of "Planet of the Apes".
Kain is also a graduate of the Tom Savini Special Effects Make-Up program at Douglas Education Center. During his time at the school, Jason worked very closely with professionals in the industry learning each trait of the special effects industry including sculpting, mold making, lifecasting, animatronics and prop building. Kain is currently the head make-up and special effects artist/designer at the "Disturbia" haunted house in Addison IL, and the special effects make-up supervisor on Emil Hyde's upcoming feature "King of the Dead".
Kain will be taking orders and tooth casts to ensure that all fangs are completed before Halloween. A single set of vampire teeth is $100 and a double set is $200. All molds will be held for 6 months incase another set of teeth is required. If a set breaks (which it shouldn't unless you're trying to eat jawbreakers with them) it will be a $50 charge depending on the severity of the repair.
