Kelley is promoted within the Chicago market, where she most recently served as Assistant Program Director for WGCI-FM and Midday Host for WVAZ-FM (V103). In her new role she will oversee all programming operations for 103.5 KISS FM and 107.5 WGCI-FM. Kelley has been with Clear Channel Chicago since 2007 and previously held positions in the Pittsburgh and Detroit markets.
