What Happened to one of the Top 5 from the Voice?

Tonight (November 22, 2014),I had the chance to see Kat Perkins, who was one of the Top 5 from NBC show The Voice television Series. Being a photographer I had seen and photographed people from all three shows (American You Got Talent, American Idol,

The Voice, Both the winners and the losers. Even if you lose you are a winner, because you are not looked into their show for that long. If you win, you may lose your creativities for your art.

I was happy to see Ms. Perkins played at Mayne Stage in Roger Park. Mayne Stage is a great place to see a show. Great sound and not a bad seat in the house. She is a very powerful singer. And while she sings, she sings to the crowd. They all become one within her show. And a part of her performance.

She played all of the crowd’s favorites from the show. And you could see how she was picked for the show. Here is the list of the songs that she played.

Paris
Open Arms
Breathe Me
Interlude
No Light
Gold Dust Woman
Suddenly I see
Land Slide
Someone Like You
Get Lucky

Barracuda

In closing I don’t see why she did not win. Because to me she is the true winner.
