On June 9th and due to the generous compliments of Live Nation (Chicago), UnRated Magazine was provided a pristine vantage point of the sold-out spectacle that was Deftones kicking off of their USA summer tour, co-headlining with Chicago's own, Rise Against and special guests, Thrice.


A total of more than 9,000 fans had descended upon Live Nation's Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island and the outdoor amphitheater was literally vibrating once Deftones walked onto the stage.
