Join Hard Rock Cafe Chicago as it celebrates 25 years of music, milestones and memorabilia at the corner of Clark & Ontario. On Saturday, October 15th, Hard Rock Cafe Chicago invites rockers of all ages to join in the festivities with live music by local bands, a burger eating contest and live judging of the Local Legendary Burger competition. In addition, hit band Portugal. The Man will be in attendance to unveil their own creation for Hard Rock Cafe Chicago’s 25th Anniversary Burger!
Calling all foodies…Hard Rock is looking to Chicago locals to be the “mastermind” behind Hard Rock’s new local burger. Beginning now through October 5th, Hard Rock will accept submissions from Chicago natives for their new Local Legendary Burger, including input on ingredients, style and naming rights. Submissions will be narrowed down to a selection of the top four to be judged by local celebrities at the 25th Anniversary Celebration on October 15th. Entries are now being accepted via chicagorocks@hardrock.com.
Should culinary craftsmanship not be your specialty, burger fans are invited to participate in Hard Rock Cafe Chicago’s burger eating contest, with prizes to be awarded to the guest who polishes off 10 delectable Hard Rock sliders and washes it all down with a signature milkshake the fastest. Entry cost is $10 and applicants must secure their spot by emailing organizers at chicagorocks@hardrock.com.
