The purpose of the conference is to highlight unsung and sung women who share their personal stories to empower other women, states Larvetta Loftin-Smith, visionary of Leading Ladies International Conference.
“When we first started Leading Ladies International Conference people were faced with a financial crisis across the country and many people were loosing hope as well as confidence in their dreams,” Loftin-Smith explains. “Over my 17 year professional career I was able to connect with so many positive women who were mentors to me. I wanted to share my connections to help women cultivate relationships, expose dreams, provide support for next level success and to encourage generational wealth.”

In the 4th year, the 2013 Leading Ladies honorees and panelists include Chicago women from all walks of life. Panel discussions will be aimed at motivating and inspiring the audience with candid and honest dialogue in an atmosphere of fellowship and camaraderie. Attendees will experience compelling stories from leading ladies in the area of health and wellness, business, entrepreneurship, family, and career.
