Hiring Fair for Veterans in Chicago on Thursday, Sept. 18

On Thursday, September 18, veterans, active duty service members, guard and reserve members, and military spouses are invited to attend a HiringOur Heroes Veterans Event in Chicago. This no-cost event – which utilizes an innovative model featuring candidate pre-screening, applicant-employer matching, and onsite interviews – will put veteran job-seekers in interaction with over 70 registered employers, all of whom have job openings right now. And starting at 8:30 a.m., veterans can attend an Employment Workshop that provides one-on-one mentoring and resume-writing tools for job-seekers. See the attached flyer for details.
